This is my first attempt at the Veil Nebula Complex, which is a difficult subject even under non light polluted skies. The below image is data collected over 2 nights and all stacked together. All collected with the SV220 filter.

  • First Night
    • ISO 800
    • 61 light frames @ 90 seconds each
    • 20 dark frames
    • 15 each of flat and bias frames
  • Second Night
    • ISO 1600
    • 52 light frames @ 180 seconds each
    • 15 dark frames (I had to pull these from a different session because something strange happened and my camera did not save them)
    • 15 each of flat and bias

Stacked and processed in Siril with some additional processing in Photoshop
